Tabletop Single Clippers
The single-clipper-series ClipStar close safely and securely all kinds of natural and artificial casings as well as all types of bags used in a modern sausage production. In addition also bags and nets from various materials can be easily and quickly closed secure.
They are the ideal devices for every size of company, simplify the production and relieve the staff. Up to four different clip dimensions can be processed without exchanging machine parts. The clips can be changed within seconds. The huge calibre range from Ø 11-200mm (depending on the casing material) underlines the flexibility of this machine series.
With the automatic loop inserter also the pre tying of casings and sealing of bags can be done easily. Upon request we deliver the clipper amongst others with an automatic cutting knife or spool clip system.
Clip machines of the ClipStar series are made of high-grade steel and plastic and offer stability of value in the long term. They are produced with the latest production methods on state of the art machines in Germany.
Double Clippers
Our CDC series distinguishes itself by its solid construction, in connection with a safe operation. Useful accessories and options as well as their high degree of reliability in heavy duty day-to-day operations are characterized for our bestseller. The CDC 800 are used successfully in countries on all continents.
The high-grade steel construction in connection with plastic guarantees highest stability of value. Single sausages and sausage chains up to calibre 105mm can be produced by the standard pneumatic knife. A pneumatic casing brake also allows processing of very sensitive casings. Of course a control system can be added for the synchronization with the stuffing machine at any time.
The special feature of our model is its enormous calibre range even though the clip is comparatively small.
Our clip series CT 800 is available in three different sizes. No matter whether sausage in hog casing, cellulose casings for meat sausage, Nalo Top calibre 75mm or plastic casings calibre 105mm, our clip series CT 800 seals absolutely safe and secure.

Fully Automated Clippers
